Our story

From evaluation tool to agentic ATS.

LevelHire started in 2024 as an AI evaluation tool. By the end of 2025 it was clear that evaluation was only one piece — the same startups that loved the verdicts were still wiring Notion, Sheets, Calendly and DMs around it. In 2026 we rebuilt the company around the Hiring Orchestrator: one system that runs the whole pipeline, from sourcing to onboarding.

If a workflow can be coordinated by an agent, we coordinate it by an agent. Humans approve the decisions that need judgment; the rest is auditable automation.
